XboxAccounts.com Terms of Use

 

By accessing or using the XboxAccounts.com website, or purchasing any products or services offered, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This includes, without limitation, our Bonus Terms and Conditions and Returns and Refund Policy, as updated from time to time.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from accessing the website or attempting to place any orders. Any use of the website or completion of a purchase constitutes full acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, all such policies and terms.



1. Order Processing 


Upon placement of an order through our website, the order will be advanced to the “Confirmed” stage of processing. At this stage, we will initiate access using the credentials provided by you during checkout.


Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on the relevant account, you are required to promptly supply a valid one-time passcode (OTP) upon request in order for us to proceed with and complete your order. Until such OTP is received and verified, the order will be placed on hold.

Customers must also ensure their Safety/Privacy settings are set to 'Everyone' and not set to friends Only or Blocked.

Decide whether you can view other people’s Xbox profiles, which might include their game history and achievements, bio and other personal info.


If the requested OTP is not provided or privacy setting is not updated within one (1) calendar days of our request, and the order remains on hold, we  will cancel and refund your order in full. 


2. Gamerscore Discontinuation


2.1 Customers who discontinue the daily Gamerscore service are not entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement, including if they cease using Xbox services or transfer, sell, or relinquish account control.

2.2 Customers may resume service by creating a new account or reactivating a prior account, subject to terms in effect at that time.


3. Gamerscore Allocation


3.1 Purchased Gamerscore may be allocated to a maximum of two (2) accounts per order. Requests to allocate to more than two accounts require prior written approval and are subject to additional fees invoiced separately.

3.2 XboxAccounts.com reserves the right to refuse, modify, or revoke any allocation request at any time, at its sole discretion.


4. Referral Program


4.1 Referral Bonuses are granted only for genuine referrals and are subject to program terms.

4.2 Any fraudulent or abusive activity, including multiple accounts, VPN use, or false identities, will result in immediate account closure and permanent forfeiture of all associated bonuses or rewards.

4.3 XboxAccounts.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.


5. Data Retention and Access


5.1 XboxAccounts.com may retain billing, transaction, account, and IP records for verification, compliance, and fraud investigation purposes.

5.2 Customers may request access to billing or transaction data within six (6) months of the transaction. Data will be permanently deleted after six months unless required for legal or investigative purposes.


6. Marketing Communications & Account Closure


6.1 Customers may opt in to marketing communications and withdraw consent at any time without affecting transactional communications.

6.2 Customers may request account closure at any time. Access will be permanently terminated, and all unused balances or accrued benefits will be forfeited.

6.3 XboxAccounts.com reserves the right to verify closure requests and delay closure to fulfil pending obligations or comply with legal requirements.


7. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Unauthorized Payments


7.1 Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or unauthorized payment claim may result in immediate account closure and rejection of future orders.

7.2 Customers acknowledge there is no recourse, appeal, or entitlement to reinstate account privileges after initiating a chargeback.

7.3 XboxAccounts.com reserves the right to pursue additional measures, including reporting fraud or restricting services.


8. Store Credit Policy


8.1 Store credit may be issued at 10% of eligible purchases, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed per terms.

8.2 XboxAccounts.com may withhold, adjust, or revoke store credit in cases of fraud, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.

8.3 Chargebacks or payment disputes related to credited transactions will result in immediate revocation of associated store credit, and accounts may be suspended or terminated.


9. Account Access and Service Fulfilment


9.1 Some services may require temporary access to customer Xbox accounts for service completion, including Gamerscore.

9.2 Access is limited to activities necessary to complete the service. Personnel will not access private communications or engage in malicious activity

9.3 Customer login credentials are permanently deleted after service completion.

9.4 Customers provide express consent for temporary access. Failure to provide access may prevent service completion.


10. Customer Information Accuracy & Fraud Prevention


10.1 Customers must provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders. Orders with inconsistent or misleading information may be flagged for verification.

10.2 XboxAccounts.com may request documentation to verify identity or payment authorization. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in order delay, rejection, or cancellation.

10.3 XboxAccounts.com may investigate suspected fraudulent activity and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including disclosure of relevant information.


11. Promotions and Promotional Incentives


11.1 Promotions are subject to specific terms, including limits such as one per customer, household, payment method, or account.

11.2 Any abusive or manipulative activity may result in the rejection of orders, withdrawal of promotions, and suspension or termination of the account. This includes, without limitation, redeeming multiple quantities of the same product in an attempt to obtain all items free of charge using a 100% discount code. All free Gamerscore promotions offered in conjunction with discount codes are strictly limited to one per customer, whether expressly stated or not. Any attempt to exceed this limit will be treated as promotional abuse and may result in cancellation of the entire order or, at our discretion, fulfilment of only the stated free Gamerscore, accompanied by a warning regarding future misuse.



11.3 XboxAccounts.com may modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time, with or without notice.


12. Account Responsibility and Platform Compliance


12.1 Customers are solely responsible for compliance with platform rules, including Xbox Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.

12.2 Violations including harassment, cheating, or exploitation may result in enforcement actions by the platform, beyond the control of XboxAccounts.com.

12.3 XboxAccounts.com accepts no liability for account penalties resulting from customer behaviour or platform enforcement.


13. Transaction Finality and Cancellation Policy


13.1 All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued once services have commenced or been completed.

13.2 Orders not yet in processing may be requested for cancellation, at the sole discretion of XboxAccounts.com.


14. Order Verification, Compliance, and Risk Assessment


14.1 All orders are subject to internal compliance, verification, and risk assessment procedures. XboxAccounts.com reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or elevated risk.

14.2 Customers may be required to provide additional documentation or identification. Failure to provide requested information may result in order cancellation.


15. Acceptance of Terms, Use of Website, and Service Instructions


15.1 Accessing or using XboxAccounts.com constitutes full acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

15.2 Estimated service completion times are ‘as is’ and may vary depending on workload. Customers will be notified of delays.

15.3 Customers must provide account login details in the ‘Special Instructions’ field at checkout.

15.4 Accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA) must provide a one-time password (OTP) when requested. Delays caused by failure to provide information are not the responsibility of XboxAccounts.com.

15.5 XboxAccounts.com reserves the right to suspend, delay, or reject orders where required information is incomplete or inaccessible.
