Refunds and Service Terms

All purchases of the Gamerscore 365 service are final.

No refunds shall be issued once work has commenced on the customer’s designated account, including but not limited to the addition of any Gamerscore.

In the event that a customer discontinues use of Xbox Live and does not intend to return, the customer remains contractually obligated to provide and maintain the necessary account access to allow fulfilment of the service for the full 365-day term. If the customer is unable to do this they will forfeit the funds.

Orders are accepted and fulfilled in good faith. We undertake to deliver Gamerscore in the intervals and quantities specified in the product description, subject to continued account access and compliance with these terms.

If a customer elects to cancel after progress has been made on the order, no monetary refund will be provided. At our sole discretion, the customer may be offered Store Credit instead of a refund and will be treated as a courtesy.  Such Store Credit may be used to purchase Gamerscore services in bulk at the rate equivalent to the originally purchased Gamerscore 365 tier.

Store Credit amounts upon cancellation are as follows:

• Basic Tier: £15 Store Credit

• Ultimate Tier: £75 Store Credit

Under no circumstances will real-money payments be refunded.

Customers are advised to carefully consider whether a long-term, 365-day service commitment is suitable for their needs prior to purchase.
